GHR isn't one person doing everything. Five people each own a specific piece of the install, from the foundation cut to the backfill to the scheduling, so the standard on the job stays the same no matter who is out of town that week.
There was a time when Tim did nearly everything at GHR, sold the job, scheduled it, ordered the material, showed up and did the work, then answered the phone while doing it to sell the next one. That's how most small businesses start.
Building a real company instead of just creating a job for yourself means other people eventually own pieces of it. That's what GHR has become.
Who Owns What
Justin is our GM and lead installer, and he's been with Tim for more than ten years, part of most of the 600-plus egress windows GHR has installed. He runs the jobsites, talks with clients and the crew, collects payment, and handles whatever comes up.
Tucker is our assistant GM, working alongside Justin on all of that. Tucker also owns one of the most technical parts of an install, cutting the concrete foundation, a piece Tim held onto himself for years before finally handing it off. Tucker's since trained a backup for it too.
Mitchell ends up wherever the day needs him, getting materials to the jobsite, picking up rock for backfill, hauling out concrete after a cut, or jumping into the hole with everyone else on an install.
Anthony and Taylor are there from the first shovel of dirt to the last bit of backfill, on every job, hands on every step.
And Nicci has been behind GHR from the start. The scheduling and backend that keep every job moving are hers.
That's the actual structure behind every install GHR does. Not one person doing everything, five people who each know their piece and trust everyone else to know theirs. It's the same standard whether Tim is in Edwardsville or on the other side of the world, and it's why the work never changes no matter who's out of town that week.
